Mike, I'm a plumber in Bristol and have been thinking about creating video's for common problems i.e. how to bleed radiator, how to repressurise boiler for my website. Been watching your videos and they are really pretty good. Well done!

A British Standard tank fed copper cylinder is only point 7 of a millimetre thick. 1st you should check the cylinder is isolated after turning the water supply by turning on a hot tap to ensure isolating valve is holding. you have not shown how to remove the element should it be totally stuck, which happens many times, there is an answer
