Really liking the character development for Ash here. Really feels like his arc in AG but amplified, finally getting the hit to his ego might finally get his head straight.<br><br>Make him understand the role of the champion doesn’t always make him right, that he needs to rise above himself and take a step back and look at himself.

Spencer's and Brandon's interaction is giving me Drake and Steven vibes from the What if Hoen series. I do wonder where Lola went. Hopefully that will be revealed later. I'm also curious about the threat that is tied into the Regi's. Could it be the evil king from canon? I guess I'll have to wait and see. Hopefully Ash can identify and resolve the turmoil within Kadabra to make them a stronger team.
