  I will say, as someone who came in very, very young…and then got sober at 24, and have been sober (and recovering/healing/growing) for over 40 years…we relate to the things that happened differently as we heal over time. The journey of healing never ends. ❤ More will be revealed in the right time, and more opportunity to frame the past (and present) more accurately. One day at a time.

  GHB is the scariest substance I ever tried. First and last time I had it, tried it at my mates house and enjoyed it. Decided to drive home and thought I would be alright, blacked out for hours and ended up driving for an hour to another town with no knowledge of how I got there. Came to at the traffic lights and was vomitting viciously for 10mins. Scariest thing that’s happened to me on anything. Over the next few days regained some of my memory and realised I had gone off the road with my car and this couple helped me tow my car off and I kept driving. Not sure if they knew or had an inkling that I was off my head. Never would I ever do that again 🤯

  I’m here,understand totally,trauma cause addiction,like when you’re beaten and broken,you get casts for arms or legs they gave you pain pills,at 4or5or6,that’s the end,my body was instantly addicted,it started right there….it just continues

  You’re meant to have timed doses. No drinking. Sensible doses, spaced out.

  It doesn’t work until you finally feel safe,finally after sooooo many rehabs. It finally worked for me…such a long lonely scary place to be,please don’t even try this world,please 😢😢😢

  Julia has a wonderful way with her guests. She treats them as stars and herself included. <br>We are works in progress.<br>I wish everyone here love ❤.<br><br>Sobriety rules. Clean and Serene is a beautiful way to finally live.<br><br>ODAAT❤.<br><br>The ones that I had the most recovery empathy, compassion and tenderness for in rehab were the teenagers (18 &amp; under). <br>There weren&apos;t many and they usually were transferred quickly to age appropriate facilities. They gave me the gift of Hope.

  Carnivore Diet is proper human behaviour.<br><br>Eat fatty red meat, lift heavy things and play in the sun. All the sugar (carbs) cravings will go away without 4 weeks.
