When I heard there were demonstrations in Australia, I thought “What, a handful of loony-tunes?”I was absolutely stunned, appalled. When I saw it in the US too, I felt shamed, even more shocked. I’m sorry.

I try to imagine what it was like for innocent civilians to wait unarmed and defenceless in their 'safe rooms'. They were all communicating with each other and waiting, it's just so hard to believe what happened to so many.
