I finally found a brand of shampoo that doesn't smell like crap and solves my scalp psoriasis pain. They've raised their prices from $15 to $27 dollars over the last 2 years. I didn't even blink.

I bumped my free shipping threshold up to $60 this summer and it helped us save a few thousand a month on shipping costs, and the conversion rate stayed the same

You so right. People should charge for shipping but not the full amount. Make it look cheap, like 1.8$ for small items. Rest add to price. That way people wanting free shipping will not be bothered enough to not buy your product + it will look really cheap compared on those who charge full price shipping. Free shipping for bigger orders are great tool to entice costumers to order more than they would if you would have free shipping for every item👌 Could add 5-10% coupon in email for future order to make them feel like they would be missing out on "savings" if they wouldn't order again.
