My mom would always make pozole verde and my step mom would always make pozole rojo I remember accidentally saying I prefer rojo and my mom didn't speak to me the rest of that day 🤦♀️😂

Could you guys possibly spotlight some African dishes? I feel like dishes from all the African countries are often overlooked in popular cooking and I think it would be really interesting if you featured some recipes or had a chef with African roots to showcase these dishes, like what Priya has been doing with Indian food lately!
