I love these "dark" Anime, they feel so alive and the slow storytelling and atmosphere just hits. I need more Anime like this

Texhnolyze the only anime that still has anons in the trenches dissecting scenes and bickering about the finer points of its message. This is a monumental anime, dripping with layered thematic intention. I applaud you for tackling it dude.

This is probably one of the greatest anime series ever made.

I'm happy to see more recognition for Texhnolyze, has to be my favourite anime of all time. Depressing yet hopeful.

Sock consistently delivers some of the best long format analysis videos while maintaining an absurd quality level. Seeing 19 Patrons after this video somewhat feels like a crime, lets get that number up for Sensei!

I thought this one was better than Lain tbh. Don't get me wrong, Lain was great, but this one really brings in some tough philosophical questions about freedom, duty, and responsibility.

Just finished Texhnolyze, such a great show didn't expect it to be this good. The characters and plot were phenomenal, it was really thought provoking. It's extremely eerie and interesting it became one of my favorite animes. Might be also my favorite sci fi dystopia.<br>It's a masterpiece

"so you guys watched Edgerunners right? And the Thirteenth Floor? Now imagine if the studio that made Lain did that. Yeah, it's like that but in a middle eastern Midgar from ffvii and yeah no, the good guys did not win. And actually, he wasn't even real the whole time, he was just a dream."
