  You are my kind of man, I'm too poor to replace things so I have to tackle worn out and broken parts I've never worked on before and do the best I can with what I have. It sometimes takes a lot of time and effort and sometimes it works and sometimes it don't.

  Congratulations Alan!! Your experience & skills take you right to the ultimate result of victory. You are the champions champion. Now your Komatsu might just run like a race car. Not the machine itself, just the speed of the starter & the solenoid. Another great Wizard victory. You definitely can/ would deal any naysayers a huge defeat with the way you plow your way through to success. Your will & determination are 2ND to none. Great job, content, video & thank you for taking the time to capture on the video what we were able to see.

  The Wizard in motion! Back in my younger days, I used to hangout at a friend's alternator, generator, starter rebuild shop, everything got rebuilt, brushes got replaced,even the armatures got rewound a lost art nowadays... thanks to people like Allen keep it happening.. 👍🛠️🧙

  I was so frustrated watching this, only because I've pulled apart and repaired hundreds of starter motors!!! On the other hand doing exactly what Alan is doing is how I learnt to fix my first one!

  Alan you are inspiring.  I would never have believed that that old starter considering its condition could be made functional again.  Amazing.
