  I used to shift from reverse into drive without coming to a complete stop but when I got my current BMW I make it a point to never do it again.

  Only have a few thousand on my M440i, the only reason I selected sport was to see oil temperature on Live Vehicle as a way to confirm the engine was warmed up.

  Fun fact - Eco Mode will shift into neutral for you automatically when going down a hill. It will even tell you it's doing so, and keep a running tally of how many miles it's done it so far since you last reset the counter. What is important though is when you press the gas pedal again, ease I to it, don't slam it in. The only time the car doesn't go into neutral is if it detects another car close by you. Guess it's assuming you might need to make a maneuver quickly if they make an unpredictable move.

  I've been doing none of these.  But then I've only had my Z4 for a month.  I will not ever be doing any of these mistakes.

  I bought a used 2018 320i Xdrive last year. And, I’m guilty for #1 for possibly the whole year I had the car. I’ve been more mindful to come to a complete stop before shifting, because of  from a previous video you’ve done addressing the issue.

  I use my X 3 M40i in indivuel Sport with everything in comfort, to keep it from stopping the motor at stop lights.

  According to ZF, the transmission  manufacturer, the oil & filter should be replaced (with ZF oil) between 50-80K miles or every eight years. There are rubber seals between the valve body and the gear box to channel  control and clutch pressures, with time , they get brittle and start  to leak internally causing low pump and clutch pressures. This will change adaptation values for the transmission trying  to compensate these leaks. They should be replaced every eight years with the original ZF kit, don’t use cheap Chinese parts.

  Nope iam a true BMW owner and non of these is somthing i do, i had a change in ALL fluids just resent on my 540i XDRIVE  ZF has a manual for when to change fluids its them to follow NOT BMW there has NEVER been any oil that is called LIFE  .   thanks
