  My grandfather claimed he killed a dogman back in 1949. &nbsp; He said that while they were hunting they heard strange scratching and banging sounds. &nbsp;Said him and a friend were walking back from their hunting stands and they could hear something was stalking them. &nbsp; They had flashlights but back then they weren&apos;t very powerful and it was failing. &nbsp;They said that something streaked out of the brush and crossed the trail very quickly in front of them. &nbsp;They heard more in the bush and another crossed. &nbsp;He said they were upright and 7 to 8 feet tall. &nbsp;The last one that came onto the path stopped and turned at them and started charging at them. &nbsp;He said it wasnt running but it was deliberately approching them. &nbsp;He said the eyes glowed like orange embers. &nbsp;He describe the snout as long and pointed. &nbsp;Large pointed ears. He said the thing snarled and growled very deeply like a monster. &nbsp;It made a loud growl just before it charged. &nbsp;My gradfather metioned it freighted him so much he felt like he was moving in slow motion. &nbsp;He metioned it felt like it took several seconds to bring his rifle to his shoulder. &nbsp;This was after his friend had already fired and yelled at my grandfather to fire. He and his firend fired their rifles and shot the thing multiple times before it fell. &nbsp;The others in the brush continued to stalk around them but never came out of the brush. &nbsp;They got an uplclose look at the creature and he said it was like a wolf but the back legs were longer and the front paws were large and were shaped more like that of a racoon. &nbsp;He said the upper body was much more hairy and that it had a mane almost like a lion. &nbsp;He also mentioned that the dog smelled worse than any other animal. &nbsp;Even worse than that of a rotting animal. &nbsp;It was a mix between strong urine, wet dog, and decay. &nbsp;He metioned that he could smell the animals when they first started to approach but that the smell wasn&apos;t as powerful as it was after they shot it. &nbsp;He and his friend walked back to the house which was about a 20 minute trek. &nbsp;They grabbed some things to go back and retreive the body however, when they got to the kill site, the carcass was nowhere to be found. &nbsp;They said they could find no blood on the trail or anywhere off the trail. &nbsp;He said it was the most unexplainable and freigtening experience of his life. &nbsp;This was a man that spent alot of time in the woods. &nbsp;He was a man that lived off the land. &nbsp;Also a ww2 vet. &nbsp;He lived in the deep country and had hunting land that was over a thousand acres that butt up against other large wooded properties.

  We have them in the UK also. Believe me when I say you never want to see 1. I&apos;ve been scared a few times before however, this was the only time that I truly believed I was going to die. I was left with horrific nightmares for years &amp; only when I spoke with Vic Cundiff did I start to recover from the experience.

  Kyle was a guest on Vic Cundiff&apos;s channel. DOGMAN ENCOUNTERS RADIO. It&apos;s definitely worth a listen, the show is great &amp; if you have had an encounter I can&apos;t recommend talking with Vic enough, the guy is an angel for the amount of people he&apos;s helped.

  I live in southern Illinois, about &nbsp;45/ hour north of lbl. There definitely something living here, I don&apos;t want to know what it is ,but it must use my property as a back road or something, have had so many things happen since moving here and I&apos;ve never thought twice about these subjects, &nbsp;I think it&apos;s criminal if our government and national park service knows about these creatures and people go missing every year never to be seen again. The public should be told not to go here, or there, and this is why.. whatever thr answer is , it &nbsp;should be known for the sake of anyone&apos;s kid playing believeing there nothing to worry about.

  Bucks County, Pennsylvania in the 1990s had a rash of cattle mutilations. All of them were savage. Not like the clean cut cattle mutilations at Skinwalker Ranch. Something tore these cattle apart. Not too far down the road from where this happened is a place called Buckingham. Known back to the 17th century for having werewolves. Look up Buckingham, PA werewolf sightings. My uncle lived near where the cattle mutilations happened. Around that time he made 200 rounds of silver bullets. He always carried them in his 357 magnum. Sounds nuts, but I’ve actually seen one. No joke.

  There have been multitude encounters in our area. There are 3 dogman running around our area.
