  The hog hunter one is so creepy, so scary, imagine yourself in his shoes, alone, in thick marsh, possibly getting flanked or intentionally cut off by something you cant see with intelligence...hes so lucky...

  I just watched this entire video. I didn’t even know what a dogman was until last year. Every time I hear a person tell their encounter it blows my mind. You are so right about staying prayed up! We all need to.

  I had a bad encounter with a dogman in Western Kentucky and I had it's head in my sights just 4 feet away as it was looking in through the window of my RV. I am a decorated combat veteran and for the first time in my life I was too scared to shoot. The thing was so massive that I didn't  know if my .308 rifle could kill it. The thing is 8 feet tall and was looking in my RV window. My RV window was 20 inch by 20 inch and it's head nearly filled the whole window. That 2 day, 2 night encounter changed my life forever.

  I was sitting next to a tree stump with headphones while waiting for my grandfather to come back with gut barrel for dumping. We always dumped on a high line we called the boneyard. It’s crazy how I immediately am taken back every time when I think of the music I was listening to in my earphones. The ones with the metal band and foam ear covers that barely covered the ears. It gives me chills when you say you can smell the same smells and hear the same sounds and remember it like it was yesterday. Same. I was listening to a band called Rammstein song called mutter at the time about halfway through when I saw mine. Very black fast and amazing. Never thought I would see what I saw that day in a million years. I take some comfort in knowing I’m not alone. But it’s also the reason why I don’t go hunting anymore. Hell I’ve only been in the woods twice since and that was while training with dozens of other soldiers. Not sure what scares me more. The fact that so many people are coming forward finally. Or knowing there are more and more people coming forward with their stories. These things are very real and in my opinion, Own the woods. Maybe a 44 or 40 caliber would do. But I would pray to never have to see one again. Also makes you reconsider all of the people that go missing and never found. God bless and thanks for sharing your stories with everyone. May we never have to see one again.

  The last encounter the guy mentioned it leaped 40 yards so for context to people who are not good with distance that&apos;s almost half a football field. Just let that marinate in your mind. You couldn&apos;t run from that creature if you tried if it can jump like that 😂
