I’m an old tire engineer…I’m kind of a fanatic about tires. My tire pressure on the door sill shows 32 psi. That’s just way too low. I run my tires consistently between 38-40 psi for the BEST TIRE WEAR. It may be a slightly stiffer ride, but that pressure of 38-40, allows the tread to lay at its flattest approach. The key is to watch how the tires are wearing. If a little more worn in the center- you’re running your psi too hi. If your tread wear is more on the outside edges of the tread you’re running too little psi. Adjust the pressure accordingly.

I've owned my car for 20 years now. Never had a problem with uneven wear on my tires. I just follow the manufacturers recommendation of 32. I own a Honda Civic.

Rotate your tires. Watch your tire wear. If they are wearing in the center reduce pressure by a few lbs. if the edges are wearing increase pressure. But go by the wear pattern.
