  The way I saw him so calm when needing to score 3 goals with less than 5 minutes to play vs one of the best teams in the world was trully inspirational. Reminds of how important a stratedy is and how important it is to be prepared for every situation even the ones you don&apos;t want to be in. You just have to trust the strategy you&apos;ve developed and results will come sooner or later. &quot;You can&apos;t be anxious for the result.   I am Real Madrid fan and I was happy when Carletto was announced and I was expecting to make quaters of UCL and win La Liga , and they have crashed my expectations by winning La Liga after 34 matches and won UCL probably in the hardest possible way in history. Hope next season&apos;s he will dominate La Liga and make maybe one more UCL so Lucas Vasquez would be finally named better than Messi when seeing how many times they won UCL ;)

  I feel he is a manager who does not stick to any philosophy or a particular style of play. He is someone who makes the best use of his squad. I may be dead wrong.

  2 years after this video and Ancelotti has delivered a treble for Real Madrid including the crown jewel, the Champions League. His record 5th.<br><br>He was considered one of the greatest managers ever, but now he IS the greatest manager ever!

  It stuns me that Ancelotti had to win a fourth CL title to be named one of the greatest managers of all time. Even without the recent season with Real Madrid he would be one of the greatest. When his departure from Milan was announced in 2009 it was a very sad moment and I knew times were about to get harder for the club.
