I hope you all enjoy this video - the team and I spent over 5 months working on it in order to make it the best we knew how. As you'll see, this video doesn't have a sponsor - I didn't want to be beholden to a company's timeline, as I knew we might need to delay the video in order for the quality to be where I wanted. I'm able to spend this time and not take sponsors on big videos like this one in large part because of the support I receive on Patreon - if you want to take the next step in your competitive Pokemon journey, you want three extra videos a month, or you want to support the channel, check out https://www.patreon.com/c/WolfeyVGC

I hope you enjoy the video - it was a tremendous labor of love

We've had an issue with copyright at the end of the video - working on getting it resolved, but for now there's a dip in audio quality. Apologies, I'm personally really bummed about it and hope we can get it fixed

I know people have been asking for this video for months, but can we all just appreciate how insane it is that in just five months, Wolfe and his team scripted and produced a heavily edited, cinematic narrative that is FOUR AND A HALF HOURS LONG? Longer than 2 average movies bro! Y’all are too good to us

Bro, the editing for the advanced perish techniques did NOT need to go that hard. Huge props on this video. It's really obvious the amount of work that went into it, and I think it paid off.

It's funny how when going up against Marco, Wolfe feels like an underdog because of Marco's reputation, while Marco is probably hearing boss music whenever they go up against each other lmfao.

"I am the best Pokemon player in the world, and I intend to remind anyone who thought that they could forget it." That right there ladies and gentlemen is the world champ difference.

"Perish Trap has too many weakness, strong and popular ghost types in the format, NO ONE can pull it off,,,, for the sole exception of Wolfey of course"

Wolfey narrating himself as if he's an Anime protagonist is kind of fitting for Pokémon. Like watching a reallife Anime.

Wolfey invoking an intangible shadow tag from the depths of his mind is the world champ difference

The coincidence of singing "My Way" while winning a tournament using a strategy that only you have had success with seems so poetic.

Ah yes, what the world forgot was that "best pokemon player" Wolfey is actually his weakest form. Glad someone is finally bringing "something to prove" Wolfey back out for a moment!
