  A Michelin starred chef who actually works in the restaurant. That&apos;s what I like to see. Passionate, lovely person and obviously completely brilliant.<br>And for that quality of food and service, that price is actually very reasonable.

  One of the reasons I love this channel is one day you’re eating a jacket potato at Morrisons and the next you’re having 2 Michelin star dining. Such a great variety, keep up the great work Gary!

  Been to Opheem a couple of times. Hands down the best Michelin star Indian restaurant in the UK. Ahktar came to our table to talk about the food when we visited. Gary didn&apos;t get any special treatment, everyone gets it.

  My grandmother back in India will be proud to know that the fried flavoured leaves which the village ladies make is being served as an appetizer in a two michelin star restaurant. First, I&apos;ll have to explain to her what a Michelin star is though haha
