I love how protective Circe is. She doesn't just rely on her enchanted food, she's on guard from the moment the men enter her palace, even comforting her Nymphs that 'she's got them', and then she looks over to Eurylochus standing at the door, and knowing there are likely other men on her island, she goes out and finds the ship, so she can eliminate the men before they can hurt her Nymphs. I also love how much focus is put on Eurylochus' trauma, he just watched his men turned into pigs, and 'it wasn't quick', he's also feeling guilty about the windbag, which is made worse when Odysseus tells him he'd do whatever it took to save him, which is probably why he gets betrayed later, because he didn't try and save anyone from Scylla, he instead sacrificed them.

I love how horrific the pig transformation is. I do think a lot of people downplay how disturbing it would be to watch that happen, especially in regards to Eurylochus being scared. I've seen more than one person say he was a coward for fleeing because "all he saw was some guys turn into pigs," as if that wouldn't be an absolutely horrifying sight. All of their humanity and ability to defend themselves was stolen from them, and they couldn’t do anything to stop it.

Honestly i would DIE to have Smoolio animate the full "Storm" song as i don't think anyone as he puts it "has it exactly how i like" the closest one is an animatic by "ElainZiS" from before the full release of the song that really captures what i like and feel would be good for the "Epic" feeling "Storm" is meant to convey like how Jorge puts it in a short he made. All in all i think Smoolio is the MOST qualified in art style, facial expressions, and color theming to do it JUSTICE

15:42 Circe stoping the man effortlessly by growing vines with the lyric "I'm not a player, I'm a puppeteer" in the background, like the vines are literally some strings and she's the one pulling them?! This is just genius...

11:15 That moment, when Eury talks about the foes they faced and Ody side eyes the ship, like, no bro, we did not resist Poseidon
