Sadly this was to be the very last performance ever by Keith Moon. #TheWho #WontGetFooledAgain #live Travis & Suzi, By 1978, the who was dormant. they hadn't released an album or toured since 1975's "Who by the numbers" and they were actually considering disbanding.
