  In Europe (specifically Germany), whether eggs are white or brown says nothing about their quality; they are simply laid by two different breeds of chicken.

  Pigs aren&apos;t dirty animals! That&apos;s just her own bias.<br>In Denmark, we eat a lot of pork and nobody has issues with parasites and tapeworms.

  Maybe I can&apos;t speak for all of Europe, but at least here in Germany, restaurant drinks like water/beer/soft drinks are always served cold from the fridge. We don&apos;t need ice cubes for that!

  The argument of &quot;American perfect apple pie&quot; falls flat pretty quickly anyway. There&apos;s pretty much a version of Apple pie or tart for each regions in Europe, like Tarte Tatin, Lattice pie, Normandy apple pie, German apple pie and so on. <br>American just did their own variaton for better... or for worse.

  My sister has chronic gastric ulcer. She was so worried about Thailand trip because of that, and possible sanitary issues... But she ate a lot, everywhere, even spicy food - no problems. Year later she went to the US for holidays. She never expected the nightmare she got with her stomach... &quot;I thought there&apos;s a higher quality for everything in the richest country of the world&quot; she said.

  Actually porks are very clean animals if you give them the chance to live in a clean environment. If you put them in dirt and give them crap to eat they will adapt to that and survive. They&apos;re omnivores which means that they&apos;ll eat anything you give them so if you give them good food and a clean barn to sleep in with a designated place to shit and pea they turn out to be so clean that some people even get them as pets inside their houses!<br>Those little red strawberries? I have them in my garden, pluck them straight from the plant and eat them without having to wash them cause I don&apos;t use pesticides whatsoever!

Germany is seen as the country of the bread, with around 3,000 sorts of bread. Our breads are usually dark or grey, heavy, with full grain and not only of wheat but mixed with rye, often mixed with seeds, sesame, poppy, pumpkin seeds, crunchy and crusty. And our breads will only last for a few days ... then they will dry out or more probably beginn to mold: Because our bread is not poisoned with chemicals, and this will be the natural process to happen.

  Birthday cake is everything that is wrong and irredeemable about America!!! It&apos;s loathsome&gt;<br>Ps: I&apos;m a US-EU citizen, and with all due respect, thinking that America has a lot of bakeries and that good baked product are culturally relevant here is crazy!!! I do frequent a panaderia in my city, and I can safely say that I am one of the very few &quot;gringos&quot; that goes there. You seem to be more aware because your life is Hispanic, but to the overwhelming majority of Americans, big box store bakery is the norm. Which is depressing!
