  When they say home “start in the 200s” they mean the smallest floor plan is like $290k and this model with all the upgrades is probably 450-500

If you step into any room in any house and you smell cooking, it&apos;s a good thing. It&apos;s very normal for guests to show up at my house while I&apos;m cooking dinner and immediately say &quot;Oh, that smells good!&quot;

  We don&apos;t eat fast food everyday. Maybe once a week. We mainly cook at home and eat out in the weekends.

  The home is furnished because it&apos;s a model home. It&apos;s staged for the salesman sample people walk through and choose their options,colors siding, stones, carpet, tile.... After the entire sub division is sold the furniture will be cleaned out and the house prepped for sale.

  The reason I like a plan with at least one bedroom downstairs is, in case you get sick, old, or break a leg, you don&apos;t have to go up and down stairs.

  This is a model home. They will build yours to your specifications. Your room colors, your kitchen appliances, what ever you want your home to look like

  That home is at least $600-$800k in Dallas, easily. The realtor said homes in that subdivision START at $200k and believe me they don’t look like the model home shown in the tour. Even where I live in the USA, a 3 bed, 2 bath home of 2200 square feet sells for around $350k. Trust me, if they were selling for a price that low, I’d move tomorrow.

  There are a lot of fast food choices in America but that doesn&apos;t mean we eat fast food all of the time. That&apos;s a common misconception. I personally will cook 90% of the time because it&apos;s cheaper and I enjoy it.

  We like open space because you can interact with each other and guest while your cooking and everyone can be doing separate
