  Here in Australia, the ongoing maintenance contributions for such developments will be about A$100-150 a week. &nbsp;That&apos;s right...A WEEK. &nbsp;That&apos;s 477.24 -715.85 Rmb per week or 24,816 to 37,224 rmb &nbsp;A YEAR!

  That’s a very well built, high quality condominium complex! I know nothing about Nanjing to judge, however the price would be quite reasonable if this property were in any major large city on Earth.

  More amenities = more monthly condos fees, especially as these amenities need upkeep and repairs due to age. &nbsp;The swimming pool is definitely a bad idea. &nbsp;💡

  Project completion and compliance is MOST important now, that what happened to Century garden here in malaysia and also local malaysian developers. OVERpromised but cannot deliver. Many buyers lost money even not their faults.

  China, don&apos;t build tall high rise...They look ugly and hard to maintain. 6 to 8 stories tops. and don&apos;t build flat roof. hard to maintain. Ensure to find the material of the building that easy to clean, mold resistance, prevent discoloring, and dust did stick and build up. Protect the investment you already built.
