Such great comment from Pastor Wolfmueller, and you can see how Steven helped him come to such a succinct clarity on the Lutheran view: "The Holy Spirit communicates the Body to the Bread, and the Bread communicates the Body to the mouth, and faith is what receives the Word of Promise."

You should have Sean Luke from Anglican Aesthetics on. He's pretty much the Tour De Force on sacramental theology in American Anglicanism.

I am lcms. The ex umc church in town called a acna trained pastor. He’s slowing bring the liturgy back and weekly commuion. He’s trying to get them to join the acna. Since this effects many of my friends and neighbors. <br>So I’ve been researching Anglican teaching. Thanks your for this discussion.

Pr Wolfmueller, thanks for your words on John 6. Whenever I have made similar statements, I have been met with the opposition from younger brothers who insist this is Lord's Supper material.
