  Gyanesh Kumar is accountable to respond all questions raised by Indian Express Investigation Report. But clearly he didn’t respond all in that four page press release.<br><br>Now Gyanesh should resign on his own or people movement will force him to resign !

  Sharing agendas well in advance and issuing minutes right after a meeting is a basic, fundamental statutory requirement.<br>Having worked as a stenographer in the secretarial department of the then Astra-IDL Ltd. for 20 years, I have seen this governance first-hand. Our board consisted of 11 directors, including the chairman. It was an absolute protocol to personally hand over the comprehensive agenda well in advance of every board meeting. We strictly followed up by issuing the official minutes within just 2 to 3 days—delivering them by hand to local directors and via registered post to outstation directors, as courier services did not exist back then.<br>This disciplined, structured practice is essential for proper administration and institutional transparency.
