EC SHOULD BE FIXED FOR ADMITTING THEMSELVES THAT 93% OF VALID VOTES WERE DELETED IN SIR AND IT WILL TAKE 12 YEARS FOR COMPLETING THE PROCEDURE FOR RE VOTING
