  Imagine one of your childhood heroes just making up or propagating tons of horrible things about you once you've grown up and attempted to follow in their footsteps. Kramnik should be truly ashamed

  If you don’t play chess, it’s hard to explain what a cheating accusation is like. In a game that is basically psychological warfare, an accusation can totally destroy your ability to play at your highest level.

  There will never be anyone quite like Danya. A truly remarkable person in every which way. From his unique sense of humor, brilliant story telling and teaching capabilities, openness to dialogue, a curious soul who wanted to help others to the fullest extent. Sadly we and the world failed such an amazing person. I still weekly feel so hurt and get upset knowing he is gone. Rip Danya. ❤<br><br>Thanks to Franchise for making this video.

  I miss Danya so much. His videos and style of play got me into the game of chess. I loved his tactics and his impressions and his amazing ability to bring the game to all levels of player. I cried the day he passed. The chess world feels all the more hollow without him.

  I knew Danya was an awesome guy, after he played a guy who was stream sniping. Danya KNEW that was what happened and used it against him. One of the coolest things I&apos;ve ever seen. RIP Danya.
