McConnell has had a stroke. It’s astounding how people are so uninformed about stroke, it’s effects on a person, and the side effects of the medications a person must take after a stroke to prevent another one. This has happened with Trump as well, who also had a stroke.

Two red flags that I see: McConnell doesn't turn his head even when people around him are talking. It might be a cognitive issue or perhaps related to a neck injury. Also, he is repeatedly seen with a gaping mouth instead of a closed one. That is a characteristic of multiple health conditions, including dementia.
