So much respect for each other. Neither tried to upstage the other. Ella complimenting Karen in.the middle and Karen applauding ella at the end. Talent and class like this will never be seen again! Totally beautiful, wow!

What the hell has happened to modern music. Just listening to this...the words. The notes. The music and voices, nothing more. Beyond sublime. Thank you, God, for these two talented singers.

It’s my understanding that when Karen comes up by Ella, that Ella tells Karen she loves her voice, and Karen has this big smile. What a compliment coming from the great Ella Fitzgerald. Both just great talents.

Karen Carpenter's voice is regaled all over the world and adjective's have been exhausted trying to describe her vocals. To me, she has a voice of a Mother who sings to her child to make them feel warm, safe and secure. The world was her child.
