The old Dave Letterman show was the best. What happened to late night TV when it was all about silliness and making us laugh. This was a great time for all of us who were watching.

Props to Don Giller for saving this. I watched it several times on his channel and will watch it on the official Letterman channel because it never gets old. For those who want to see more of Meg, Giller has a collection of about seven hours of Letterman and Meg Parsont clips on his channel — and yes, I watched it all.

This was Peak Letterman. It was the combination of sincerity, the absurd, over-the-top sketches, open faced laughter, an ample quantity of slapstick and, well, everyone was young and very much alive. Thank you, Dave, and the entire Letterman Crew. Cheers.
