Can we all pause for a moment and appreciate the hard work that Don put into this? I can't imagine how much painstaking cataloguing, editing, and of course the recording itself over many years, it took to give us this masterfully made video. If he hadn't done it, no one else would have, and this beautiful recurring segment/time capsule would have been lost. At best we'd get a 10 minute excerpt on an official channel. So thank you to Don for compiling and uploading this, it brought me so much joy, and made me nostalgic for a time I don't even remember.

I’m 38 and always been a big Conan fan.  I liked Letterman but never understood why people I love like Stern and Norm said Letterman was the best until I started watching this YouTube channel.  Thanks Don Giller for enlightening me!  This stuff is great and has to be a lot of work.

You know what is so charming about Meg is her being so grounded, sensible, and secure in herself. She could have been in awe, dug for gold, or been mesmerized by the lights of Broadway. Although humbled and grateful for all the attention, she chose to stick to the guns of her life just as it was.

RIP Hon. Alice Schlesinger, who performed the live wedding in Meg's office and passed away on May 26, 2026.

A visit with Meg was one of the highlights of this era. She was game for most of Dave's shenanigans, including marching bands,  impromptu weddings, and dangling things out of a 13th story NYC window, all with class and charm.
