  His mother is NOT dead, if you look closer to some of his replies his mother magically got revived out of nowhere and was dying again. And that happened a couple of times im sure.

  I get your reasoning, but not refunding it is encouraging this behavior. If they think they can get even a few bucks with this slop, then the only thing stopping them is the greenlight fee (something like $50 when it was first implemented I think)
