Wouldn't mind seeing more DIY videos on the channel. Maybe some "tech tips" like you used to do at Southside H.D. with a Harley tech. Just a thought.

You don't need to put oil in a new filter.  Your oil pump with pressure it up in a few seconds.

Great vid Scott! I have a 2006 Road King Custom with 163K miles. I didn't know the trick about filling the filter with oil, I'll give that a try. I've been doing my oil changes at 5k and the other fluids at 10K but as time goes by it makes sense to maybe do them a little more frequently. Like you, I only have the stage one. <br>When did H-D do that offer to take the engine and set it to factory specs?? I'd have done that if I knew about it.

Yeah I use K&N only now because of the nut on the end. It is ridiculous trying to get other filters off. Think they definitely higher quality than the HD junk filters at the stealership. Also Mobile One is about the best you can get. Maybe Amsoil is a couple percent better but definitely not worth the price
