  Poor Governor Swann! First he is told his daughter is dead. Then he is told she's not dead. And all the while he can't trust either of the men talking to him. Cut it out, you two maggots. Stop torturing this poor man for goodness' sake! His only friend here is Norrington.

  You know it's a Disney movie when they delete one of the most important story-related scenes

  Even without the CGI Bill Nighy sells it.

  This scene is exactly what Governor Swan was talking about to Elizabeth when he was sailing to the afterlife in the film. It’s probably even why he asked if she was dead or not.

  I get so angry they deleted Norrington&apos;s scenes. The amount of love he had for Elizabeth, the relationship with the governor, he really was an amazing character and I wish we would have had more

  &quot;Will ye serve?&quot;<br>Only used twice in the series, yet is one of Davy Jones&apos; best repeated quotes, such as &quot;Do you fear death?&quot;

  I&apos;m kind of sad that they left this out, but I laughed really hard because I was NOT expecting davey jones to still be just a man in a mocap suit

  Seeing him act without the CGI pretty impressive

  I always wished they would have kept that last seen, especially that final quote by Beckett at the end! It&apos;s so powerful and gives me chills every time! But it really gives more explanation to Governor Swann&apos;s death.
