Google Bay Turner to read his story. He completely lost his voice and had damaged vocal cords after a chest surgery. He was told he would never sing again. He spent 3 months in silence praying and our miraculous God healed him. To give God all glory, Bay went on to do this, record the most powerful rendition of It Is Well. To God be the glory!!!

This was my late wife's favorite hymn. She passed away in 2017 at the age of 31 leaving me with three amazing little girls. I love this song so much and this variation makes me cry every time. Our oldest daughter, now 18, was only nine at the time and hasn't been able to even listen to "It Is Well" since then. I pray for the day she can not just listen to this song but sing it! Not just because it was her mom's victory song but she has a God given voice, much like Bay, and I want her to be able to share it with others. It will also be a sort of confirmation to me that her little, broken heart due to her momma going to Heaven early has healed enough to see the amazing beauty in this hymn.

Knowing what Horatio Spafford went through when he wrote It Is Well gives the song such profound weight.

I just lost my Mum last Saturday and She was a Believer in Christ Jesus and this song was playing by her bedside and as she drew her last breath it rolled into “Because He Lives” The timing was so on Que we couldn’t have timed it Better! She was 92 and passed Peacefully into our Lords Arms😊♥️

Oh my goodness. In the world that we live in today, I invite all who are watching/listening to this song right now, to close your eyes, take a deep breath, and find that quiet moment of peace in God. May God bless us all, and remind us of his promise of full restoration. ❤

I was literally crying my eyes out the first time I heard this. This is the best version I have heard of It is well, and the transition to Because He lives just was amazing! I heard this during a very hard season in my life, and this just really spoke to me.

Brilliant! His story is also amazing! For all the prayer warriors out there, I would love for you to pray for me. I am struggling with anxiety and depression. Thanks in advance for your prayers.

Going though a season of unbearable loneliness. I now have compassion for those that take their own life because of it. I know how it feels. But I also know that Jesus will be with me through the storm. Maybe someday He will use my trauma to talk someone off a ledge. Literally. Reading the Bible gives me peace. That will be my testimony.
