Btw if you want a larger loaf leaving it all in 1 works well.<br><br>And putting water in a tray at bottem of oven and for last half of bake taking the water out. Creates the same effect of the steam.<br>😊

After 5 months of trying to get my mom to let me make this recipe this is my review (the steps): as an absolute begginer this recipe took me over 4h and a half but it was fun (except making the dishes). Now i have to wait for the bread to cook and i will tell y'all how it tastes <br><br>Edit: it was hard for me to score it but it turned out INCREDIBLE even though I used AP flour

I can’t believe I just baked my first loaf ❤️ thanks a lot for this video! I definitely messed up many times during the process, i miscalculated the amount of flour and my dough was super sticky. I ended up doing 4 rounds of stretch and folds, gave up and left it in the fridge overnight, did 1 more set of stretch and folds after, and followed the rest of the recipe here. I also did not have a Dutch oven so I open baked using a round cake mold and underneath a sheet pan with boiling water. After all of that it came out great 🥹

One lesson from your videos, spray water for dry bits of flour. Perfect for not adding more water than one should.
