  From South Arkansas, but spent many years in the DMV (D.C./Maryland/Virginia area). Have lived in LR for over 10 years now.  I think it's my pace in many aspects. One thing that always irks me is how many complain about crime (especially from those who havent lived here).  I've lived all over LR even to it's "roughest" parts.  I've found it to be quite safe. I think the key thing about that is just like with many other cities.  If you're minding your business with common sense, you'll be fine. However, if you're looking for trouble, it can be found just like anywhere else.

  Born an Arkansan, grew up in the pine bluff/little rock area...then moved to Dallas, Tx for 11 yrs...now im moving back home to Little Rock...and let me just say..i literally got a 2 bedroom/2 bath in the Chenal area....for LESS THAN I pay for a 1 bed/1 bath here in Irving, TX...

  I'm with you on most of this... but the heat/humidity is killer. You lost me there. I grew up in Little Rock - born and raised - but I live on the Oregon Coast now, and that is what you would define as a "moderate" climate.

  My mother moved us here from KCMO my birth place. I am originally from Kansas City. I have lived in Houston TX., move back to Little Rock Arkansas. I have lived in Bristol TN. Moved back to AR. People asked me why do I keep moving back to AR? Little Rock at that. It’s because it’s cheaper to live. The housing market is cheaper, If you can stand the hot weather in the summer, the overall of the weather is good. One thing I don’t like is the car insurance is ridiculous here. This last time I moved back to Little Rock, it had grown by leaps and bounds, You use to get to places quickly and now, it will take you about 25 to 45 minutes to get there. When I was sitting in traffic, I ask myself what had happened? Where did all these people come from?  I remembered the population sign sayings 188, thousands back in the late and early 90s . Now that sign say over  202, thousands. I am sure the number is a little over 202 thousands now.  I just decided to buy a house and settle down in Little Rock AR.  I can visit those other places.

  Me and my family have been thinking about moving to little rock for a year. I'm originally from Alabama but living in southwest Florida hell since the 90s. My wife is a nurse for HCA hospital.

  Brother there are nothing comfortable about Arkansas summers. Little Rock has some of the hottest temperatures in the country...

  Hey Zach!! <br>We were just there on a scouting tour and fell in love with Little Rock! <br>We loved Conway, West Little Rock and Benton. <br>Do you cover those areas? <br>Are you accepting new clients??
