I love the I-6. I just got it. Man...O....Man. What a power house. I don't give a damn that she sounds like an SUV. This thing is magical. Such a pleasure to ride daily.

I had a 2018 RAM with the 5.7 HEMI for the past 6 years and just traded in for a 2025 RAM with the I6 about 2 weeks ago. Loving it so far. Although I miss that HEMI purr, I can get used to the quietness and smoothness of this I6! <br><br>Probably one of the best comparisons out there. Great job, man, thanks for the review and video!

You do a real good job with this testing video business. Good analysis and easy to understand commentary. I live in northern Colorado, about the same elevation as you, and all of our vehicles get better fuel mileage here than in the Midwest where we are from. I am surprised that those trucks posted such low economy numbers with the thin air there.

2009 Ram1500 5.7 v8 has 220,000 ml and is still running but I did change timing chain, and oil pump at 100,000 If you do oil change and maintain a vehicle they’ll last you a long time

I know you live in Salt Lake "I believe." Your observation on altitude is a key imho. I live in MT at 4500 feet. The turbo advantage in the mountains would be nice over my Hemi's but...

Unique camera mounting point is great! Your better understanding of what’s important in reviews is refreshing. Interesting is the SST oil pressure is way lower on the Hemi.

ive had the 5.7 Hemi for about the last 10 years, I just got the Hurricane and love it. Hands down much better IMO. I love the smoothness, acceleration and quietness. ANd the better gas mileage. I get 19 in the city and 24 on the HWY.

So happy to see straight 6’s making a comeback just in general. They aren’t pretty or masculine in sound, but they make up for that in torque, low end, and reliability.
