  &quot;They TELL you [that Sephiroth is powerful], they don&apos;t SHOW you.&quot;<br><br>Hold on, I have to completely disagree there. The fight against the dragon in that flashback, you see Cloud, the main character, the protagonist, with his measly 140HP, next to Sephiroth&apos;s 3,000+HP, at a time in the game where you&apos;re extremely unlikely to have a character who has over a thousand HP, and your most damaging attack is probably in the 500-700 range, Sephiroth&apos;s BASIC ATTACK does over 3,000 damage.<br><br>I was all, &quot;Holy shit, THAT&apos;S the guy I&apos;m chasing?&quot;

  One thing you got wrong: Cloud WAS at Nibelheim during the events of the flashback. He is just telling that story from the wrong perspective, as he was actually one of the nameless soldiers instead of one of the SOLDIERs.<br><br>But we have every reason to believe that he did visit Tifa’s house because of the piano side quest.
