  The ground combat is...yeah, not my favorite... The space combat on the other hand is so good!

  Bro, the Battlestar Galactica for Empire at War was and still is like crack-cocaine to me.<br><br>Base game is dope, but seeing all those big-ass Battlestars and Basestars nuking the crap out of each other is better than sex man, ngl.

  I enjoy setting up 3v3 Hard AI matches in various mods and just enjoy the cinematic mode.

  Was bummed out when the Eclipse wasn&apos;t available for Galactic Conquest. At least there are mods.

  I have close to 300 hours in Star Wars: Empire at War purely in Thrawn&apos;s Revenge and Fall of the Republic. It&apos;s so peak. The AI pathfinding still sucks, but that&apos;s about the only complaint I have.

  My favorite part of this game is the division between the galactic map and the battle maps (space or ground). Building armies on the galaxy map and then deploying them around or on planets just made the decision-making much more impactful than C&amp;C or StarCraft. Very few games give that feel. I can specifically name the X-COM games and their descendants, and Jeff Wayne’s War of the Worlds.

  I remember being too young to play well so I would often play the empire and try to stay alive until I got the death star then just blow up the galaxy. &nbsp;This game was so much fun.

  This game is incredible.<br>With the sheer number and variety of mods available, it is practically an inexhaustible source of Star Wars stories for you to experience firsthand.<br>If you get tired of one campaign, you can simply activate a mod and start a completely unique one in a totally different setting.<br>You can go from the Galactic Civil War to the Clone Wars, venture beyond Legends lore, or even travel back to the Old Republic era, 4,000 years in the past, where massive Republic and Sith Empire fleets once annihilated each other.<br>It is truly a game with infinite possibilities, thanks to the modding community, honestly, the best modding community I have ever seen.
