  Would you folks get Tony to do an interview with Phil on what Phil has learned over the years on flint napping? It’s an incredibly important topic that often gets ignored for forts and villas.

  Phil looks weird in a hard hat instead his usual.<br><br>His deer antler pick is awesome. Phil was my first introduction to experimental archaeology, now one of my major interests.

  You would think, for the neolithic people over 4,000 years ago to be so deliberate and devoted to digging those 40ft deep mine shafts, they must have had much more knowledge than we give them credit for, to even know that they should dig those mines to get to the black flint. Its not like they &apos;followed the flint&apos; down deeper and deeper, they literally dug straight down to the single geological layer at the bottom! That is incredible. 😄

  How funny. &nbsp;I just watched a YouTuber present her take on Blackadder Goes Forth. &nbsp;I had watched the series when it first aired and several times since. &nbsp;The ending was a real gut punch. &nbsp;I&apos;ll say no more: go watch it yourself. &nbsp;And here he is again, finishing a show with a tribute to the Great Fallen. &nbsp;Merci, Sir Tony Robinson, de vous souvenir des disparus.

  Dear Tony, your videos, whether about ancient roads, history&apos;s worst jobs or even Time Team, are absolutely beautiful. They are visually perfect, intrestingly and sometimes sueprisingly informative, but also spiritually fulfilling. Thank you for filling my soul with beautiful England.
