  I&apos;m so impressed by how an ACARS message to the company prompts a full investigation with both Airbus and the BFU, that&apos;s already underway before the flight even concluded.<br>That is just extremely professional and well-handled and it fills me with a lot of trust in modern aviation.

  It&apos;s worth noting that in contrast to the 737MAX crashes, the difference here is that the crews and maintenance teams were briefed about these systems, had documentation on them and could therefore deal with the situation. Boeing&apos;s problem was it&apos;s lack of transparency and insistence on keeping fundamental systems secret to rush certification is what got a lot of people killed.

  Airbus have since modified the way the AOA sensors determine which is correct by using the load factor to determine if the AOA data is true. If load factor changes, so does AOA. So if load factor changes but 2 AOA don&apos;t change values then both will be disregarded instead of disregarding the other. This design mainly stems from the XL888T crash.

  Wait, Lufthansa? How come I never heard of this crash?! Oh, because everyone was working together to make sure the aircraft landed safely. Yeah, there was some good luck involved, but also professionalism all around.<br>Fantastic video as always, super nerdy, and sooo much to learn. 👍
