Ok, I just got a pack of 60 alcohol markers and tried the first thing and then went straight to youtube

This is perfect timing. I've literally just gotten into alcohol markers and bought all the Ohuhu sets. When I went in, I went in all the way. This is incredibly helpful.

I never would have thought to prime the surface first. What a great idea!

Before I had any idea what I was doing, I found out that I could make really neat clouds on a dark sky by “erasing” them out with the colorless blender. Looks really cool.

I've always felt that "blender" is not accurate for the colorless marker. Thinking of it as a bleaching marker makes much more sense to me.

I know I’m late to the game and catching this video, but dear Lord, thank you! I’ve been trying to find tutorials on blending, and everyone either over explains it or doesn’t explain it clearly enough. Your explanation is brilliant and so clear! Thank you so much!

I know Im like 2 years late but I just wanted to thank you for posting this. Im new to colouring so I never understood how to get the blending effect traditionally instead of digitally. I just cant afford a drawing tablet ( am saving up for one ) but I dont want to lose what I have learned through traditional art. This definitely makes sense now. Thank you so much for keeping this up!
