  I love how involved she was with Ted’s kids after Tracy passed away, even when Ted couldn’t see her that way yet.

  With the last scene it shows that Robin has come a long way if her initial reaction to hearing a crying baby is to pick them up 😅

  I think a video like this shows another great case for Scherbatsky being the main character of the show. I mean yes she&apos;s obviously the central tentpole of Ted&apos;s story, but more than that, the events of the 8 years from &apos;05 to her wedding are a classic hero&apos;s journey and if you wanna talk character development, Robin&apos;s was definitely the starkest.<br><br>Marshall and Lily&apos;s characters were already established and the change was in their relationship and life. Ted has always been Ted and the change for him was the journey to finding someone that would take him on fully and receive all his Tedness and return with equal vigour. Barney really didn&apos;t change over the show. I mean he did, but not in tangible ways. His few relationships and intense feelings for Robin taught him what it means to be serious about a woman, which he wasn&apos;t capable of before, and having his daughter taught him to commit, but a) that didn&apos;t happen during the 8 years of the story and b) we don&apos;t really see that part.<br><br>Of all the core cast, Robin is the one who&apos;s character changes, she goes from a lone wolf to being the person in the group who&apos;s most upset about the increasing distance between them as the years go on, she goes from being married to her work to being able to be passionate and committed to her career without it taking the top spot in her life, and she goes from touching babies as little as possible to being Aunt Robin to both the Eriksen children and the Mosby children.

  She was not meant to be a mom. And i&apos;m glad she didn&apos;t become one. Her being aunt robin was more then enough.

  Lily giving the speech from A Few Good Men was priceless.<br><br>Robin instinctively waking up from a drunken stupor on the floor to calm a baby was also adorable.

  &quot;It is one thing to not want something because you don&apos;t want it but to be told you can&apos;t have it because u dont have a choice..&quot; &nbsp;touching lines Robin ever said. I was happy she cudn&apos;t become a mother but her pain of not having a choice anymore made her character look sad.
