  Lowe Mill in Huntsville. AL   owned by Jim Hudson is self sustainable. He did one floor at a time.  We have theaters, restaurants, businesses,  and over 150 artist of every sort..  You need to come visit and ask how they did it.  I am in studio 127.

  I feel like you understand what that building represents, but what you’ve done is about so much more than just the building itself....which I love, by the way. <br> <br>You’ve inspired people to volunteer again. You’ve inspired people to dream again. I drive through small towns here in Southern Illinois and think about the people who once had an idea, built a building &nbsp;and turned that idea into something real. <br> <br>That, to me, is America. It’s that spirit of people working hard, pulling together, pitching in, and building something that matters. You’ve brought some of that spirit back. <br> <br>Some people today might look at that and say, “What a sucker.” But I think many more people look at it and say, “How cool is that? Look at what he’s done.” <br> <br>It’s pretty amazing.

  Part of the project should include a museum area with artifacts and pictures of the former factory as well as the renovation. And there should be a cafe and gift shop. This could very well become a major tourist attraction for you and the town and generate additional income for the building!

  The Town of Thomas WV was a ghost town of empty buildings, the entire town. Some artists started to transform a building at a time, a floor at a time. Now the entire town is full of artist shops, restaurants, live theaters and life. Tourists pour into there. They took an abandoned school and created workshops, rotating artists, ceaftsman and all.sorts. All of this in about 30 years. Real estate is hard to get there. Market your building to artists and craftsman.

  Hey Chris, I love the channel and I am very invested in how the building turns out. I just wanted to leave some feedback because as you&apos;ve said your channel growth has been stagnant for a while. <br><br>I think one of the reasons new viewer conversion is low is because a lot of your videos are the same video. Not literally obviously but they follow the same pattern. Intro about the building being an enormous task, reusing old footage. Introducing side quest characters that do not feed in to the main narrative. Dealing with the same issues over and over again in different videos makes for repetitive and non engaging video&apos;s. <br><br>I know it sounds counter intuitive but posting less frequently, but more diversified videos will help with retention and conversion. Actual progress with fresh narrative will keep people coming back. &nbsp;And then post an asmr time laps of you guys doing the work every other week. <br><br>Just my two cents from someone who spends too much time watching these kinds of channels and does analytics for digital marketing agencies.
