  That&apos;s nuts for a small shelf amp. If I didn&apos;t have a receiver this would be perfect in my office.

  What a great review of this new &quot;Chi-Fi&quot; amplifier. I have literally bought dozens of these things -- each time, they improve &quot;something&quot; and I fall for it (buying more, latest and greatest). This one is no exception. I JUST bought two Douk Audio A5 PRO amps with the 48v AC/DC adapter. These amps runs HOT...even at low volume. Plug in a 32v adapter -- barely warm. The Ampapa and A5 PRO have the same amplifier technology...and the same problem. BT streaming input won&apos;t allow the amplifier to go up to max volume. Many others that I own (Nobsound, Fosi, etc) will allow it. Kinda frustrating...sneaky Chinese secret engineering nonsense. Lastly, the glass top traps heat inside and will easily get lost (when you remove the sticker). There needs to be a better solution -- kinda cheap and gimmicky. Otherwise - these &quot;newest&quot; amplifiers crank nicely all the way up. GREAT CHANNEL -- keep up these reviews!
