7:40 I've actually been caught in a mini dust devil. The wind speeds weren't strong, but I think I spooked my classmates that day

3:15 Now all you mothers out there can relate to THAT, I know. 😂

7:35 I love dust devils. I like small hay-nados too, especially if the hay is freshly cut and swirls up around you as you walk through it. It's cool. Oh, and that scenery Be Amazed shows when they describe (wrongly, btw) Alabama's summer climate is actually somewhere else. Alabama is heavily wooded except for the cities, criss-crossed with rivers, creeks, swamps, and lakes and is unbearably humid in the summers. Hot, humid, everything mildews in a blink, and bugs everyflippingwhere. I grew up down there. I'd never go back simply because the climate there isn't something I wish to re-experience. LOL It's hot down there, yes, but it certainly isn't dry or arid. Oh, and in summer, you can expect at least one afternoon rain shower every day depending on where you live. I wouldn't exactly call us a "calm, clear weather" state. LOL Coastal Alabama gets more rain than Seattle every year, usually in the form of sometimes pretty violent thunderstorms.

That water one is obviously the edge of the map. You'll hit an invisible wall if you try to cross.

To the artist who did the airborne rice experiment, well done! That was one of the most fantastic things I've ever seen!

10:45 same thing happened up here in Maine a few years back. Only the tallest(100'+) pine trees were ripped and tipped over from the roots up, causing a lot of damage and pretty much everyone got that day off. Not us. We volunteered to help clear road with chainsaws and wenches.

To me, the most striking feature of the water Anole is it’s metallic looking skin! I’ve only seen this particular one, so I don’t if they really look this way or if it’s a combination of lighting and angel producing the metallic look, but I want one! (Just returned from the google machine and unfortunately, for me, they aren’t completely metallic as this specimen appears too be. Still an astounding example of adaptation.)

Pine trees are notoriously shallow rooted and it’s actually pretty wild as a homeowner, Parry didn’t know that. Those trees should’ve been removed next to his home smh.
