Your Annual Notice of Change is landing right now, and a lot of people are opening it and panicking. Most of you don't need to. Every plan sends an ANOC by September 30. Most plans change a little. Some change meaningfully. A few change a lot. This video walks through all three so you know which one you're in and what to do about it. One thing to know up front: the 2027 plans aren't public until October 1, and you can't actually change anything until October 15. A non-renewal letter means your plan won't exist in 2027 — and for coverage ending December 31, that letter is dated October 2. Keep it. You may need it.
