We have fallen so far that we are talking about candidates like Rubio and JD as an option after everything that has taken place. It’s just disturbing that people are talking about them as if this all normal.

Regarding Usha: sometimes people forget that some immigrants and people who go through difficulty end up becoming the person who at some point hurt them, humiliated them, etc. I’m an immigrant myself and the hatred of immigrants and racism among some immigrants is a strange phenomenon! You see it, experience it, and can’t explain it! I personally do not think for even a second that Usha is automatically a victim in this, just because she is a woman of color. It is more likely that she is even enabling him. Unfortunately, sometimes some successful and elite immigrants see other immigrants who may not be as fortunate as them, as someone less worthy, someone who shouldn’t dare wish for living in the same great world as them!! It is strange, but it is true. I say it with a broken heart!
