People get caught up in too much spending ,cars, homes, clothes, jewels , then regular expenses for living is crazy! They run out of money or can’t pay for it , it gets seized.
Gotta live within your means.

Look up the address in the local Tax Office and see who's paying taxes on it or who paid taxes on it last. Make them an offer.

The shut downs started in 2020. Many companies were bankrupted, lost their jobs, stock market crash, ABB homes empty. Very traumatic times. That's what I think this looks like.

I found the address! Dang. The pictures of the house before selling are stunning. from Feb 2019, listed for 1,850,000. Not a “mansion” per se but location is great and that’s how much a lot of homes go for around here in prime locations.

Older houses were a lot more exciting to live in, more practicality, more open, interesting, homey and overall less fake. ❤

I could be wrong but after watching this video I got the distinct impression that this place/situation was "CRAZY" lol.

The downstairs "living room" is the den in most split levels and raised ranch houses.

The house is built so good and a lot of costly $ detail’s…
little details like the$600 Toto toilet, metal rap around roof, and the folding sliding doors that cost $20K each is a good example ❤

I service a lot of rich customers. It looks great from the outside but many of them have mountains of debt in cars, schooling, homes.
One slip up and the castle crumbles.

BTW, that's just a big MCM house, not a mansion. Probably built during the 1950s-1960s.
