  I like Gary because he&apos;s professional. &nbsp;He&apos;s not like one of those influencers who try to create drama like it&apos;s a reality TV show. &nbsp;Instead, I find his content useful and informative.

  Three things that annoy me intensely. &nbsp;The “ship within a ship&quot; (reducing the space and facilities available for the majority of passengers), up charges, and this insane practice of mandatory “gratuities” ( pay the staff properly, and be transparent on pricing).

  Gary and Bill are the “dream team” for those of us who are addicted to cruise videos. &nbsp;Thanks SailAway, love your chats. <br><br>Having just disembarked from Queen Victoria in Barcelona, and having used the QM2 to get across the Atlantic, my head was nodding along with many of the comments. Thanks to you all for providing insight into the ships and the industry. My two cents after 120+ days on Cunard ships and our first Queen’s Grills experience on both September voyages…the upgraded staterooms are pretty terrific however the “Grill’s experience” really missed the mark. Britannia Club and the QM2 still reign supreme in our hearts, the price differential is truly about the real estate and not markedly better food or service. Cunard quality on the good days and bad, is pretty consistent across the ship imho.

  Excellent panel and great questions. By getting my favourite 4 together I learned and considered new things. <br>1. You are reviewers not influencers and there is a diffetence.<br>2. The trend to bigger and more in a disconnected industry is not sustainable. <br>3. Staff service standards are indicative of &nbsp;HR practices and a &apos;happy ship&apos; is driven by how the staff feel and behave.<br>4. Providing balanced information that passengers need to know to make decisions suitable to them is important. <br>5. Panels like this with content creators / reviewers who understand what they are talking about are necessary to provide a range of reflections on the positive and negatives of this huge industry.<br>Thanks and I hope you continue to do more like this.

  As Australia doesn&apos;t have much of a tipping culture, most, if not all, cruise bookings made in Australia include tips. I now only tip extra for exceptional service.

  Gary Bembridge is THE reason we started cruising. Particularly on Cunard. Honest, intelligent, fair. Also we have similar business experience and consider the business side. Ritzy also fun on Cunard. Important to hear about “accessibility” issues which we recently found on QM2 which was very disappointing. Great video.

  I enjoy the Ritzy Cruise Guide because they are so honest and show the true experience. The cruise line would benefit from the input from those who are looking to enjoy their experience. As a hotel concierge for 15 years, it was the guest feedback that motivated change. Keep doing your best to keep us informed.
