Thinking that the light we see today left there before humans even existed [<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HA_KABe4Wlc&t=3704">01:01:44</a>] makes all everyday worries seem so tiny. A 2-hour journey well worth completely reshaping one's worldview!

Surprised that it would only take 14 days to drive around the entire world if you were going 70mph without stopping on a perfectly straight road looping around the planet. Makes our planet seem small even to a human. Would be cool though if one day there would be roads like that.

Back when all it took was getting a job, really any job out of HS could set you on the path of saving for a house, raising a family, etc it made sense to give them that little shove to get started on their own, but we don’t live in that world anymore.
