  For me Mulan is a great strong female character she&apos;s disguising as a soldier not to prove strength but because she wants to save her father and because she wanted to prove them that she also brings honour to the family and shes getting strong because shes training<br><br>Kim possible and Alex Russo from Wizards of Waverly place are also a great example

  I think the reason why I dislike<br>modern mary sue political agenda characters <br>is that they are the type of character,<br>that used to be the villain <br><br>An effortlessly overpowered narcissist, <br>obsessed with her own supremacy<br>who has no empathy toward others<br>but expects everyone to praise her

  With a bit of self awareness and dignity, the modern mary sue &quot;strong independent woman&quot; archetype can be used as a pretty effective villainess: a misandrist, slightly misogynist, power obsessed narcissist who is nigh omnipotent and laughs at the face of silly emotions like love and vulnerability. She will never stop showing off her powers and will always make it a point to boast about her superiority, and she doesn&apos;t get close to anyone who wouldn&apos;t spend all of their time singing her praises and constantly affirming how tough and badass she is.

  To actually make a strong female character actually seems pretty simple, but is made unnecessarily overcomplicated. You got to treat that character like making any other character, which involves things like giving them personality and making them likeable

  Avatar the Last Airbender has greatly written women, and I love it.<br>Katara is the stereotypical motherly figure, addionally she was given moments to be strong.<br>Toph is the &quot;tomboy&quot; like character, she is lovable and powerful despite being blind. She was also given lower points.<br>Azula is a great example of a girlboss, she is menacing and capable, but she was given moments where she was vulnerable.<br><br>There are more great examples, but the show has great female characters!

  Simple test: if a character was to lose most of their strength and power, would they still be interesting and able to progress in some way?<br>If the answer is no, then it&apos;s probably a bad character.<br><br>Also, there&apos;s nothing wrong with being saved from time to time, figuratively or not. Being saved does not mean a character is weak, it means others care about them enough in the first place to save them. That is far more precious than raw strength alone. Some say being able to seek help is also a fundamental part of strength as well.

  I&apos;m a woman and an artist, i prefer drawing male protagonists more than females.<br><br>I also treat them equally, if a lady is being a perv, she&apos;s gonna get her ass handed to her and vice versa lol
